Refund Policy

For all prepacked tea blends, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in saleable condition. Your item must be in the original packaging and unopened. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If we cannot refund you with the original method of payment we will contact you to arrange an alternate method.

For Personalised Blends known as ‘Make Your Own Tea’, no refunds are available as this item is not for resale

Shipping Refunds

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for any returned items or exchanged items. All shipping costs are non refundable.

Lost or Damaged Goods

Please contact us immediately if your goods arrived damaged or if your goods have not arrived at the expected time. We reserve the right to provide you with a replacement at no charge instead of a refund. Once a package is posted the items become the responsibility of the courier/ delivery service until it reaches you then the responsibility is yours. We do not take responsibility for your order being delayed, lost, damaged, or stolen during delivery. We take great care to make sure that your deliveries are protected, but we cannot guarantee items will arrive in perfect condition.
